I ordered from bioderma.us because my skin has been super dry and my barrier felt weak. Shipping was okay, nothing amazing but no real issues there. I did have to contact customer service with a question, and it was annoying getting transferred around before anyone actually helped me.

The cream itself felt gentle and didn’t sting, which I really appreciated. After a few days my skin felt a little less tight, so it did something, but the dry patches were definitely still hanging around.

For the price, I was hoping for more of a repair effect. It’s not a bad cream, just kind of average for me. Maybe it would work better if your dryness isn’t as stubborn as mine.

The bottle is a nice size and has lasted me quite a long time. If you’re looking for something that won’t run out quickly, this might be a good one to try.

It cleans off light makeup well, but I kind of wish I’d picked something stronger. It had a hard time with my waterproof mascara, so I ended up having to go back in with another remover. Not terrible, just not as amazing as I’d hoped.

My order showed up with everything I picked out, and there weren’t any missing items or random wrong products. It all matched what I saw on the site, so I’m happy with it. I mean, that’s really all I was hoping for, so..

Most of the time they have what I’m looking for in stock, which is nice, but I was still a bit disappointed. I expected a better overall experience.

It does what it’s supposed to do and I haven’t had any real issues with it. I just wish it was a bit cheaper for what you get... still, not bad overall.

I picked up this Bioderma product for acne and clogged pores, and at first I was kind of like, hmm maybe it’s not doing much, but actually my skin does feel less greasy and the little bumps look a bit calmer. It definitely didn’t clear everything, and the results are slow, so I’m taking off one star. Shipping was fine too, no complaints there.

I’m usually skeptical about ingredient lists because a lot of products make big claims and don’t really back them up. This one seems legit enough, and I do feel like the ingredients are more trustworthy than some others I’ve tried. Still, I wouldn’t say I’m completely sold yet...

I’ve been using this in the mornings and really like how light it feels. It’s not thick, sticky, or greasy, and it sinks into my skin quickly. If you’re someone who doesn’t like heavy products on your face, I’d say this is worth trying.

The packaging was great, the box felt sturdy and, wait, I was actually expecting at least a little mess, but nope, nothing leaked at all. Really happy with how it showed up

It sinks in fast, doesn’t leave that sticky feeling, and my face stays soft instead of getting tight by the afternoon. It’s been a nice little relief, honestly
